By using the WynnChaYuan mod, the wynnchayuan.com website or the Discord bot, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

Unofficial project

WynnChaYuan is an unofficial fan project. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Wynncraft, Mojang, Microsoft or Discord. Game textures and screens on this website belong to Wynncraft and their respective owners.

Licences

The mod's code is licensed under AGPL-3.0; translations and corpus data under CC BY-NC-SA 4.0. See LICENSE and LICENSE-DATA in the GitHub repository.

Accounts

• One website account links to one game account, and linking must be done from inside the game
• Do not use someone else's account, get around identity checks, or let others use your pass
• Accounts that break these terms may be suspended

Cape rules

Capes are seen by other players and website visitors. Uploaded images must not contain:

• Political propaganda
• Sexual, obscene or gory content
• Illegal content, or images that infringe copyrights or trademarks
• Racist, hateful or harassing content
• Advertising (promoting a guild is fine)

Moderators may review or remove capes that break these rules, or ban the uploader, without notice. You keep the rights to your image; by uploading it you let us store it and show it to other players and website visitors.

Translate

• Only submit translations you have the right to provide, and agree to license them under CC BY-NC-SA 4.0
• Follow the glossary and your language team's decisions; developers and admins have the final say
• No spam, vote stuffing or unrelated content

Not allowed

• Calling the website's API in bulk or automatically, or disrupting the service
• Trying to access data or permissions that are not yours
• Abusing the Discord bot

Sponsoring

Sponsoring through Ko-fi is voluntary support. Sponsor perks (such as GIF capes) may change as the project evolves.

The game and third parties

The mod only changes the text and appearance shown on your own screen; it does not change gameplay. You are responsible for following the rules of Wynncraft and Minecraft when using any mod.

No warranty

These services are provided as is and may have errors, interruptions or be discontinued. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from using them.

Changes and termination

We may change these terms or stop some or all of the services. Changes are posted on this page with an updated date; continuing to use the services means you accept the new terms.
